Regional Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Manager to build and scale three to six restoration service locations across a designated U.S. region. The role carries full profit‑and‑loss responsibility, requiring you to lead teams, drive business development, and ensure operational excellence throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic expansion and organic growth across 3‑6 service locations, identifying market opportunities and building a long‑term pipeline.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintaining high standards in service delivery, safety, and compliance while managing operating expenses.
• Leverage Insurcomm’s shared technology platform to provide consistent customer experiences from the first call through final walkthrough.
• Lead, mentor, and develop local leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and service excellence.
• Carry full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and profitability monitoring.
• Collaborate with corporate support functions and external partners to strengthen the regional business network.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑location operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong business development mindset and ability to identify and act on market opportunities.
• Leadership skills to build, mentor, and inspire local teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with P&L management.
• Knowledge of restoration, reconstruction, or related construction services.
• Ability to use enterprise technology platforms for operational oversight.
