Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

About the role

Hermanson Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical and plumbing construction projects across the Puget Sound region. The role combines hands‑on project execution with mentorship of junior project managers, ensuring high‑quality delivery, profitability, and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one or multiple projects from planning through close‑out, overseeing schedule, budget, and scope.
• Coordinate with foremen, superintendents, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
• Mentor and train project managers and other team members, fostering professional growth.
• Develop and maintain client contact lists, supporting business development and sales initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with mechanical and plumbing codes, Hermanson construction standards, and company policies.

• Proven experience managing mechanical and plumbing construction projects of varying sizes.
