Senior Project Manager

About the role

Alston Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale, complex construction projects in Dallas. The role involves overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction while upholding the company’s reputation for quality.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the execution of assigned projects, from planning through close‑out.
• Review contract, design, and subcontract documents for compliance, risk, and constructability.
• Maintain project quality, safety, schedule, and budget targets.
• Mentor and develop junior Project Managers and other project staff.
• Collaborate with operations leadership on staffing and resource allocation.
• Foster strong client relationships and represent Alston’s brand positively.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large or multiple construction projects.
• Strong judgment, problem‑solving ability, and independent decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of construction contract administration.
• Ability to interpret design specifications and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and budgeting.
