Regional Maintenance Manager – Denver, CO (Student Living)

About the role

The Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) mentors and trains on‑site service teams, ensures maintenance compliance, presents recommendations to owners and senior leadership, and supports budgeting and capital planning for student‑living properties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct annual maintenance inspections to company standards and report findings to leadership.
• Track and report the annual Elevated Surface Inspection performed by site teams.
• Lead on‑site staff in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances, and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Organize and deliver training workshops, manage registration through the Learning Management System, and coordinate with District Maintenance Managers.
• Assist the Regional Property Manager with the annual maintenance budget, providing subject‑matter expertise.
• Evaluate suppliers annually on quality, service, and pricing.
• Participate in Service Supervisor interviews, assess technical qualifications, and submit written evaluation reports.
• Support community and RPM with associate training, coaching, and discipline.
• Perform other tasks as directed.
