Regional Inventory Manager – North America

About the role

Wing is seeking a Regional Inventory Manager for North America to lead and optimize inventory operations across its drone delivery network. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement across multiple logistics sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own North American inventory projects, defining goals, plans, and metrics aligned with regional and corporate objectives.
• Lead cycle‑counting programs, wall‑to‑wall physical inventories, and reconciliation processes to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate decisions that affect the NA inventory function and cross‑functional partners, delivering unified outcomes.
• Identify large‑scale warehouse problems, develop solutions, and accelerate process improvements.
• Proactively detect supply‑chain disruptions or inventory imbalances and implement mitigation strategies.
• Design and execute contingency plans to address uncertainty within the inventory network.
• Apply analytical testing of assumptions to build compelling cases for process changes.
• Mentor peers, share expertise, and support collective learning.
• Oversee SKU health, managing aging, obsolete, and slow‑moving inventory to optimize space.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading inventory or logistics projects in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to test assumptions and drive data‑based decisions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage moderate to high complexity.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and influencing decisions.
• Proactive risk‑identification and contingency‑planning capabilities.
• Ability to mentor and share knowledge with regional peers.
