Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for Intermountain Electric, a leading electrical contracting firm. You will partner with hiring managers and candidates to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all stages of recruitment, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, reference checks and offer coordination.
• Utilize diverse recruiting tools and creative sourcing strategies to engage talent within the electrical and construction sectors.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and update the applicant tracking system regularly.
• Provide hiring managers with timely updates on recruiting activity and candidate progress.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure candidates receive professional information about IME and its opportunities, fostering a positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding processes and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment procedures.
