About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Long Beach office. You will own the full‑life‑cycle hiring process for a variety of positions, supporting both the company’s growth and its commitment to placing the right talent in the right role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s Avature applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and ensure a fair, consistent assessment and selection process.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous scenarios.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Avature ATS.
