Kelly is seeking a bilingual Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Long Beach, CA. The role focuses on full‑life‑cycle recruiting for a range of positions, emphasizing a customer‑centric approach and collaboration with hiring leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Full life‑cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and the Avature applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair, consistent assessment and selection processes.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.

Required skills

• Experience using the Avature applicant tracking system.
