About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join our New York City office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and polished front‑desk experience while supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk independently, answering and directing phone calls.
- Check in guests through security and maintain visitor logs.
- Set up and prepare conference rooms for meetings.
- Take messages, route correspondence, and support day‑to‑day office needs.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Ability to handle front‑desk duties autonomously.
- Polished, professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests and internal teams.
