About the role

We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join our New York City office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and polished front‑desk experience while supporting daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk independently, answering and directing phone calls.
  • Check in guests through security and maintain visitor logs.
  • Set up and prepare conference rooms for meetings.
  • Take messages, route correspondence, and support day‑to‑day office needs.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Ability to handle front‑desk duties autonomously.
  • Polished, professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests and internal teams.
