Python AWS AI Engineer

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Python AWS AI Engineer to join its Financial Services unit in Hartford, CT. The role focuses on building AI‑driven solutions on the Amazon Web Services cloud platform for banking, wealth management and insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to capture user requirements and document stakeholder needs.
• Participate in design discussions, translate specifications into detailed software designs.
• Develop, refine and document Python code for new applications following design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, report defects and support software enhancements.
• Assist with integration of new features into existing systems and ensure smooth transitions.
• Monitor live applications, troubleshoot issues and create maintenance documentation.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies and technical solutions for team knowledge sharing.
