Project Engineer – Wastewater Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead wastewater infrastructure projects in the Southwest. The role supports all phases of construction, with travel to project sites 2‑3 days per week until project completion in April 2027, after which you may transition to regional offices or remain in El Paso.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of construction projects.
• Partner with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, cost control, RFIs, and submittals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as a Project Engineer in self‑performed heavy civil construction.
• Strong communication and planning abilities.
• Proficiency with construction management software.
• Willingness to travel temporarily to southern New Mexico.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
