Roofing Apprentice – Hands‑On Site Experience

About the role

The Apprentice will assist the Foreman with job‑site preparation, tool use, and cleanup while performing physically demanding roofing tasks in varied weather conditions. Travel may be regional or national for extended periods, and the role uses a smartphone for communication. This position offers a path toward Journeyman or Foreman roles.

Key responsibilities

• Use various hand and power tools (wrenches, pliers, snips, knives, caulking guns, etc.)
• Assist the Foreman with job‑site setup, tool and material management, and cleanup
• Travel regionally and nationally for up to 3–4 weeks at a time
• Perform physically demanding roofing tasks in varied weather conditions
• Operate a smartphone for communication and email

Required profile

• Prior roofing or related trade experience preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
• Ability to operate handheld technology such as tablets and smartphones
