About the role
The Program Manager – Process & Policy will lead the design, standardisation and documentation of hiring processes and policies for Early Careers talent across the AMS and EMEA regions. Working closely with regional leads, the role ensures alignment, compliance and operational efficiency for university recruiting and internship programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Early Careers leads to develop and execute talent strategies and university recruiting initiatives for AMS & EMEA.
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Operations, Legal, Recruiting and other cross‑functional teams to design, standardise and maintain hiring processes and policies.
- Own end‑to‑end process documentation, keeping guidelines clear, up‑to‑date and accessible for all stakeholders.
- Lead policy and process development projects across multiple countries, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Act as the primary policy point of contact for business and HR partners, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.
- Use data‑driven analysis to evaluate program outcomes, identify improvement opportunities and boost conversion rates.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in university recruiting within the tech industry and familiar with AMS/EMEA early‑career markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strong operations management ability to define project charters and structured plans.
