About the role
As a Managing Consultant you will lead the connection between high‑calibre professionals and top employers, driving successful hiring outcomes for a range of sectors. You will work within a collaborative, performance‑driven team to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of client and candidate relationships.
- Source, interview, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates, addressing hiring challenges.
- Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve shared performance goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven track record of billing and exceeding targets.
- Competitive, coachable, and relationship‑driven mindset.
