Program Controls Analyst – Finance & Analysis

About the role

Moog’s Space and Defense Group is seeking a Program Controls Analyst to join its East Aurora, NY team. Reporting to the Finance & Analysis Manager, you will support program teams with planning, scheduling, cost control, Earned Value Management and governance, ensuring data accuracy and robust baseline management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules with clear logic, dependencies and critical paths.
• Perform schedule analysis, progress measurement and performance forecasting.
• Conduct detailed cost variance analysis and Earned Value assessments.
• Consolidate schedule, cost, risk and milestone data for timely management reporting.
• Maintain and analyze RAID information, highlighting emerging risks early.
• Ensure program compliance with organizational controls standards and governance.
• Contribute to the improvement of controls processes, tools and templates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 1+ year of Earned Value Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in project/program controls, planning, PMO or cost engineering.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to travel up to 5% as needed.
