About the role
Moog is seeking a Finance Director for its Aftermarket business within the Commercial Aircraft Group. Based onsite in Buffalo, NY, you will partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and support strategic growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the aftermarket segment.
- Provide insightful analysis of sales, operating margin, working capital and other performance metrics.
- Develop and improve financial processes, reporting tools and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy, decision‑making and long‑term initiatives.
- Manage, coach and develop a high‑performing finance team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, operations or supply‑chain management.
- At least 5 years of experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to East Aurora/Buffalo, NY and work onsite.
