Production Associate

About the role

Connected International, Inc. is seeking motivated Production Associates to join its Arizona facility. This full‑time, hourly position offers paid on‑the‑job training and a pathway from temporary to permanent employment within a fast‑growing cannabis company.

Key responsibilities

• Trim cannabis flower according to standard work methods.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Keep production equipment in good working condition.
• Participate in physical inventory counts as needed.
• Meet production goals set by the Production Lead or Manager.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of dry‑trim experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, bend, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced production environment while maintaining quality.
• Previous cannabis or production experience in distribution preferred.
• Active FA (Facility Agent) license/card.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Availability to work 6:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday‑Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend shifts.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
