Packaging Technician

About the role

Connected International is seeking a Packaging Technician to join its Arizona production facility. The role ensures cannabis products are packaged safely, accurately, and in compliance with state regulations, supporting the company’s rapid expansion across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Execute packaging of various cannabis products, operating machinery and maintaining equipment according to safety standards.
• Perform quality checks on packaged items, report defects, and work with QA to resolve issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and ensure all packaging activities comply with local and state cannabis regulations.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials, coordinate with supply‑chain teams, and flag shortages.
• Collaborate with production, sanitation, distribution and cultivation teams, stepping in where needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2‑3 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, distribution or inventory management.
• Experience in the cannabis industry is highly preferred.
• Strong project‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Adaptable, resilient and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
