Product Expert - Health Data

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Product Expert for its Compass health data suite. The role focuses on post‑sales support, onboarding, training, and driving customer success for life‑science clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements from contracting through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Compass access, data ingest, and analytics workflows.
• Maintain detailed customer records in Veeva Vault and act as liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Communicate product releases, demonstrate new features, and translate technical information for diverse audiences.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Create user guides, training materials, and other collateral for internal and external use.

Required profile

• 6+ years in a customer‑facing role at a consulting firm, health‑tech company, or internal analytics role in life sciences.
• Experience with industry data products such as IQVIA or Komodo.
• Deep understanding of life‑science data use cases (patient analytics, segmentation, field alerts, incentive compensation).
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to both business and technical audiences.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and proven ability to drive product adoption.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites.
