Product Engineer – Member of Technical Staff

About the role

Simile is looking for a Product Engineer – Member of Technical Staff to build the platform that powers its core foundation model. You will bridge cutting‑edge AI research and production‑grade enterprise software, enabling customers to run large‑scale multi‑agent simulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end development lifecycle for new enterprise products, from backend services to user‑facing components and APIs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and external customers to translate complex human‑behavior simulations into intuitive interfaces.
• Design, build, and iterate on systems that support reliable, performant, and scalable customer workflows at global scale.
• Maintain technical excellence by writing clean, well‑tested code and continuously improving system architecture.

Required profile

• Full‑stack engineer comfortable working at the intersection of AI research and enterprise software.
• Proven ability to design and scale systems that handle thousands of concurrent agents and large data volumes.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience delivering production‑grade products for sophisticated organizations.
