Post-Implementation MDM Consultant (Network)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Post‑Implementation Consultant for its Master Data Management Platform (Network). This remote, full‑time, permanent position supports live customers, providing application administration, subject‑matter expertise, and strategic advisory for Veeva Network.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for Veeva Network, offering proactive guidance on system capabilities and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the Network‑to‑CRM interface, ensuring end‑to‑end data flow integrity and validating Data Change Requests.
• Own long‑term performance of the Network environment, identifying technical debt and optimizing performance.
• Provide best‑practice guidance on match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and data model extensions.
• Partner with customers to refine internal data‑governance processes and maximize post‑go‑live value.
• Execute configuration enhancements, data model updates, and system audits independently.
• Manage client interactions, set expectations, and communicate clearly.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve client‑reported data, configuration, or performance issues.
• Leverage Veeva‑approved AI tools to accelerate documentation and data investigation.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and best‑practice development.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in Master Data Management or Life Sciences Data Operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Veeva Network or comparable MDM platforms.
• Customer‑facing consulting experience with strong stakeholder influence.
• Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining an 80% billable utilization target.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
