About the role

The Christian Post is seeking a dynamic, professional and motivated journalist to join its Dallas newsroom to report on news involving and affecting the Christian community from a biblical, Christian worldview.

Key responsibilities

Monitor news and generate story ideas
Write news, feature, and in‑depth articles for the online platform
Conduct interviews in person and remotely
Develop and maintain contacts with newsmakers and sources
Cover national events both in person and remotely

Required profile

At least three years full‑time experience in news/magazine writing, preferably digital
Ability to meet deadlines without compromising standards
Expertise with AP style
Agreement with The Christian Post’s statement of faith
Must work in‑person in the Dallas newsroom
