Research Associate/Writer – Financial Services

About the role

Corporate Insight (CI) is seeking motivated Research Associates to track digital platforms of leading financial services firms, produce written deliverables, and support client projects. This entry‑level position offers a pathway to become an Analyst, leading research and managing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Write reports summarizing changes to the digital experience of assigned financial services industries.
• Provide competitive insights on customer experience and tailor research to client interests.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Support Analysts on consulting engagements, custom projects, and client inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• Exceptional writing, speaking, and analytical abilities.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and intellectual curiosity.
• Experience conducting research and communicating results to an audience.

Required skills

• Professional writing style with experience in multiple formats.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive is a plus.
