About the role

We are seeking a motivated Plaintiff Injury (PI) Attorney to join a fast‑paced, trial‑focused practice. The position is primarily remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while handling high‑stakes personal injury cases for clients in Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Lead case development from intake through trial, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure thorough preparation for trial.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• 5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation (plaintiff‑side preferred).
• Strong analytical, research, and writing abilities.

Required skills

• Legal research and writing.
• Experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
