About the role
We are building a pool of qualified physical therapists to deliver integrated, education‑based therapy services for students with disabilities from birth to 21 years old. Candidates will support both direct student care and indirect services for parents and caregivers.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement physical activities and therapy programs tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to ensure coordinated support across school and home environments.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the Council of Medical Education and Hospitals of the AMA.
- Current licensure (or eligibility) with the Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of physical therapy principles applied to children with disabilities.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities and excellent human‑relations skills.
