Physical Therapist – School-Based Role in San Antonio

About the role

Join AIM, an award‑winning education services provider, as a Physical Therapist working within K‑12 schools in San Antonio. You will evaluate and treat students, supporting their ability to navigate the school environment and participate fully in class.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction and therapy to students on your caseload.
• Develop schedules and treatment plans aligned with each student’s IEP goals.
• Consult with teachers and staff on implementing therapeutic skills in the classroom.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, related service staff, and school administrators.
• Participate in 504 or ARD meetings, assessments, and staff meetings.

Required profile

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• Current, valid Texas PT license.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to punctual attendance and ability to travel between multiple school sites.
