About the role
The State of Georgia is seeking a part‑time Administrative Analyst to support the Sexual Offender Risk Review Board (SORRB). The role provides essential clerical assistance to investigators, clinical evaluators, and management to ensure accurate risk classifications for registered sex offenders.
Key responsibilities
- Summarize criminal histories by reviewing GCIC and NCIC data and transcribing them into SORRB templates.
- Collect, organize, and upload documentation required by SORRB clinical evaluators.
- Enter offender data, addresses, and other relevant information into the SORRB database.
- Process open‑records requests, retrieve classification reports, and document each request.
- Assist with printing, mailing classification letters, and maintaining office supplies.
- Attend mandatory meetings and trainings, both online and in‑person.
Required profile
- Experience providing administrative or clerical support in a government or legal setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Capability to work independently and follow detailed procedural guidelines.
