About the role
The Agent Program Analyst supports the State of Georgia’s Insurance Department by managing agent certification processes, maintaining portal content, and producing analytical reports. Reporting to the Agent Program Manager, this role ensures agents are properly licensed and that information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
Key responsibilities
- Compile and distribute reports on agent program performance.
- Track agent certification status, de‑certifications and enrollments.
- Coordinate Georgia Access License qualification and renewal with the Licensing Division.
- Manage agent certification applications and portal access issues.
- Respond to escalated inquiries from the Georgia Access Contact Center and suggest IVR improvements.
- Develop fraud reports and implement processes to resolve fraud incidents.
- Work with the technology vendor to design and update components of the Georgia Access Agent Portal and website.
- Create support resources such as onboarding guides, FAQs and job aids, and develop training and recertification materials each plan year.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to understand and apply basic principles relevant to agent licensing, reporting and portal management.
