Paralegal, Contract Management & Legal Operations

About the role

Kyverna Therapeutics is seeking a detail‑oriented Paralegal to support contract management and legal operations across the organization. Working remotely with West Coast hours, you will ensure contracts are accurately formatted, routed, and executed while maintaining high standards of document accuracy and process efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Administer legal department systems, including IronClad and SharePoint.
• Serve as the central point for contract inquiries, status updates, and triage of legal matters.
• Maintain a centralized contract tracking system and manage the full contract lifecycle using IronClad.
• Coordinate intake, routing, and execution of contracts with internal stakeholders.
• Review contracts for formatting, completeness, and template compliance.
• Route agreements for e‑signature via Adobe Sign and ensure all approvals are secured.
• Store, index, and make executed agreements easily retrievable.
• Track key metadata such as effective dates, expiration/renewal dates, and contract owners.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into contract status.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to bridge business requesters and the legal team.
• Ability to train internal stakeholders on contracting tools and processes.
• Experience managing high‑volume contract administration in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• IronClad (contract lifecycle management platform).
• Microsoft SharePoint for document management and tracking.
• Adobe Sign or other e‑signature platforms.
