Paid Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, data‑driven Paid Social Media Manager to own and grow Policygenius’s social presence across paid, organic and influencer channels. You will shape strategy, produce content, launch campaigns and measure results, working closely with marketing, creative agencies and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and continuously optimize paid social campaigns on major platforms, adjusting targeting, budgets and creative.
• Conduct creative A/B tests and incrementality experiments to improve performance.
• Design and execute influencer marketing programs, from talent identification and negotiation to relationship management.
• Track and report on KPIs such as engagement, reach, traffic, leads, customer acquisition and ROAS, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media roadmap aligned with business objectives, driving brand awareness, engagement and acquisition.
• Serve as the internal expert on social media trends, best practices and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
• Hands‑on marketer comfortable building programs from the ground up.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with agencies, legal, sales and analytics teams.
• Self‑motivated and able to operate with autonomy and visibility.
