Outbound Sourcer (Remote LATAM)

About the role

Kelly is looking for an Outbound Sourcer to lead proactive talent acquisition for senior cybersecurity positions across Latin America. The role is fully remote and focuses on building pipelines of high‑calibre candidates for IAM, privacy, security engineering and related domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute outbound sourcing strategies to identify, engage and pipeline senior to principal‑level cybersecurity talent.
• Conduct market mapping, talent research and competitive intelligence to target companies and talent pools.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective sourcing plans.
• Craft personalized outreach to U.S.‑based candidates and maintain a high volume of touchpoints (100+ weekly).
• Build and maintain high‑quality pipelines for hard‑to‑fill senior roles while ensuring strong conversion rates.
• Track pipeline activity, keep ATS data accurate (Greenhouse or similar) and report on sourcing performance and market insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, including at least 1 year focused on technical cybersecurity roles.
• Proven success sourcing passive senior‑level candidates (Staff, Principal or Director equivalent).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as IAM, privacy engineering, application security, cloud security, security operations and program management.
• Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) with the ability to engage U.S. candidates.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
