Order Entry Specialist

About the role

Digilock® is looking for a detail‑oriented Order Entry Specialist to accurately capture and manage customer orders using Salesforce and Syspro ERP. The role supports the Customer Success and Sales teams by ensuring order data is complete, current, and processed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer orders in Syspro ERP, keeping all documentation up to date.
• Use Salesforce to manage customer records, monitor order status, and log interactions.
• Verify order details for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to guarantee timely fulfillment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in order processing.
• Maintain organized records of orders, customer interactions, and system updates.
• Provide backup support for other administrative tasks within the Customer Success and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in order entry or data entry.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP or CRM systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Reliable punctuality and attendance.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
