About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join its clinical staff. In this full‑time, day‑shift position you will provide diagnostic nuclear imaging services to support patient care across a range of specialties.
Key responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including patient preparation, radiopharmaceutical administration, and image acquisition.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment such as gamma cameras and PET scanners.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations and institutional policies.
- Document procedures, results, and quality control activities accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health‑care professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Required profile
- Current certification or licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work day‑shift hours on the Little Rock campus.
- Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
