Network Recruiter – Mental Health Provider Network

About the role

We are looking for a Network Recruiter to help expand our mental health service provider network across the United States. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified mental health professionals while ensuring a seamless match between client needs and provider expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the growth of our mental health provider network in the USA.
• Recruit and onboard mental health professionals for ad‑hoc psychological support.
• Assess client needs and match them with appropriate providers using our proprietary database.
• Maintain accurate applicant information in the ATS and provider database.
• Respond promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times.
• Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates.
• Review provider applications and supporting documentation for completeness.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of client and provider information.
• Communicate provider details effectively to hiring managers.
• Proactively manage a caseload to ensure efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience recruiting non‑local candidates.
• Background in database management of candidates.
• Experience working in a fast‑growing startup environment.
• Ability to start immediately.
