Remote Recruiting Manager

About the role

Neat N' Tidy is seeking a Remote Recruiting Manager to own and scale the entire hiring engine across eight U.S. markets. Reporting directly to the founder, you will lead the current recruiter, build a growing recruiting team, and treat talent acquisition as a sales‑and‑operations discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and develop the existing recruiter and future hires.
• Set weekly hiring goals, conduct 1‑on‑1s and hold the team accountable.
• Own hiring KPIs (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, source mix, offer acceptance, 30‑day retention) for all markets.
• Forecast market hiring needs and proactively build candidate pipelines.
• Source candidates via community channels (Facebook Groups, Nextdoor, local boards) and test paid sourcing platforms.
• Design, document and continuously improve SOPs, interview scorecards and onboarding flows.
• Run scalable interview loops to achieve high‑quality hires at increased volume.
• Maintain the recruiting tech stack, ensure data hygiene and generate weekly pipeline reports.
• Partner with operations leaders to align hiring quality and volume.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks early to protect operational performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop recruiting teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking and improving hiring metrics.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing hiring across multiple geographic markets.
