About the role

Join Reflection's Foundations team to build internal and customer‑facing product surfaces that turn platform capabilities into usable workflows. You will translate ambiguous requirements into clean, operable systems and move prototypes to production‑grade components.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end product surfaces, including dashboards, admin tools, and self‑serve workflows.
• Own full delivery across UI, APIs, authentication, RBAC, and audit trails.
• Integrate with customer environments and adjacent systems to ensure seamless workflows.
• Productionize prototypes into reliable, maintainable platform components.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack engineering background with experience shipping production‑grade applications.
• Comfortable owning UI through API through auth without hand‑offs.
• Experience integrating with external systems or customer environments.
• Thrives in a high‑agency, fast‑paced environment and enjoys zero‑to‑one challenges.
