Member Experience Intern – Sports & Events

About the role

The Boston Celtics are seeking a Member Experience Intern to support our Season Ticket members during game nights and exclusive events. This part‑time role (29 hours/week, September‑December) offers hands‑on experience in customer service, event operations, and CRM tools within a professional sports environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Season Ticket member gift pick‑up and pre/post‑game experiences on game nights.
• Support exclusive Season Ticket events, including evenings and weekends.
• Help Member Experience Executives with client and special requests.
• Engage with members and fans, addressing questions and ensuring a positive experience.
• Execute tasks using Archtics and Salesforce (CRM) platforms.
• Track data using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Manage fan email and phone inquiries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department.

Required profile

• Prior customer service experience.
• Experience in entertainment, sports, or events preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Active listening and conflict management abilities.
• Flexibility to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly changing conditions.
