Mechanical Installer – Large‑Scale Conveyor Systems

About the role
Join the Installation team to support large‑scale material handling and conveyor system projects across the United States. The position involves layout, pre‑assembly, installation, and run‑in of conveyor equipment in physically demanding construction environments.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate layout and pre‑assembly of conveyor systems, ensuring precise component integration.
- Install header steel, platforms, structural steel, guardrails, racks, and air piping (aluminum, copper, black iron).
- Interpret and work from detailed mechanical drawings, layout diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Follow strict safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols and company quality standards.
Required profile
- 1–5 years of hands‑on installation experience with conveyor equipment.
- Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or specialized training preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and personal hand tools.
Required skills
- Mechanical drawing interpretation
- Conveyor system installation and alignment
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
- OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain)
