Mason (H/F) – Municipal Building Maintenance

About the role

The municipality is looking for a skilled mason to join the building maintenance team. Working under the supervision of the sector foreman and the CTM Building manager, you will ensure the upkeep and repair of communal facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of all joinery, including windows, doors, and furniture.
• Installation of cladding elements such as plinths, champlats, and sealants.
• Fabrication and mounting of shelves, drywalls, and parquet flooring.
• Material evaluation and selection for construction tasks.
• Use of ladders, scaffolding, elevated platforms, and other height‑working equipment safely.

Required profile

• Proven knowledge of basic masonry and joinery work.
• Ability to perform more technical tasks using special products.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and PPE usage.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a sense of public service.
• Initiative, good presentation, and availability for varied schedules.
