Construction Supervisor

About the role
We are hiring a Construction Supervisor to oversee daily on‑site operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and safely. This full‑time, on‑site role is hands‑on and requires strong field experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities on the site.
- Manage crews, subcontractors, and workflow to meet project plans.
- Ensure work is completed according to specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain job‑site safety and compliance.
- Report progress and issues to the Project Manager or ownership.
- Coordinate materials and equipment on‑site.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years of construction site experience.
- Proven experience supervising crews or leading job sites.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and safety practices.
- Ability to read plans and execute accordingly.
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
