Marketing Specialist – Social & PR (Early Career)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Specialist to support our growing brand across social, public relations, and experiential activations. This entry‑level position works closely with the Senior Director of Digital and our PR agency to bring brand moments to life both on‑shelf and online.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Director of Digital with content management and distribution on organic social channels.
• Manage daily community engagement, respond to DMs and comments, and handle customer support inquiries via social and email.
• Pitch new content ideas, track emerging social trends, support quarterly photoshoots, and source content creators.
• Identify and vet influencer partners aligned with the brand.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the PR agency, overseeing timelines, press requests, and brand assets.
• Coordinate logistics for media mailers, product drops, and influencer gifting.
• Plan and execute sampling, experiential, and community activation events, including inventory and shipping management.
• Provide on‑site support for select events as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, PR, social media, events, or CPG.
• Extremely organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, scrappy team.
