Remote Digital Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Digital Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of digital clients. You will collaborate with sales and internal teams to deliver superior client experiences and drive successful marketing campaigns from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client discovery calls, manage campaign change requests, monitor budgets, review performance, and address billing inquiries.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations, upsell new digital offerings, and help clients increase ROI.
• Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships through proactive communication and industry insight.
• Prepare and structure regular client meetings and monthly performance reviews.
• Research industry trends and provide accurate answers or coordinate with specialists as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a client‑facing or customer‑service role.
• 2–3 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
• High‑level knowledge of SEM, SEO, social media, web design, programmatic and performance marketing.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams.
• Ability to work independently in a Pacific Time Zone remote environment.
