Marketing Director (AI & GTM Systems)

About the role

Huzzle is recruiting, on behalf of its client, a Marketing Leader with a performance-driven, GTM engineering mindset. The client is an AI-first Go-To-Market systems company that builds automated revenue engines using AI agents, workflow automation and data infrastructure, serving high-growth companies scaling from $1M to $100M+ ARR. The role is full-time, independent contractor, US timezone, and combines marketing leadership with hands-on system building.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale MQL generation and pipeline contribution
• Build signal-based marketing systems aligned with outbound GTM motions
• Design and execute performance marketing campaigns tied to revenue
• Use Clay to enrich data, orchestrate workflows and power outbound and inbound campaigns
• Use Claude for messaging, content generation, personalization and workflow automation
• Develop automated marketing systems with AI and no-code tools such as n8n
• Optimize MQL to SQL conversion rates with sales and GTM teams
• Manage and optimize marketing spend and CAC efficiency
• Drive content and campaign strategy with direct pipeline attribution
• Analyze and iterate on cost per MQL and pipeline ROI

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or demand generation
• Experience building automated GTM or marketing systems
• Background in B2B SaaS or outbound-driven environments
• Experience owning marketing budgets and performance metrics
• Analytical mindset focused on pipeline, revenue and unit economics

Required skills

• Hands-on expertise with Clay (non-negotiable)
• Strong working experience with Claude for marketing, automation or GTM workflows (non-negotiable)
• Understanding of CRM systems and attribution models

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a startup or agency environment
• Familiarity with Smartlead, HeyReach and n8n
• Experience with GTM Engineering or RevOps teams
