About the role

This position sits at the intersection of healthcare expertise, customer enablement, and learning program design. You will shape training programs that help customers adopt data‑driven healthcare solutions and improve outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training and enablement programs focused on medical economics, value‑based care, and healthcare operations.
  • Create practical, customer‑facing learning content using expertise in risk adjustment, cost management, network optimization, and contract forecasting.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert in medical economics workflows, supporting internal teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and customer success teams to align training with platform capabilities and user needs.
  • Identify gaps in existing enablement materials and develop new content to boost customer adoption and engagement.
  • Participate in certification programs and build structured learning pathways for internal and external audiences.
  • Incorporate customer feedback and real‑world use cases to continuously refine training programs.
  • Support cross‑functional initiatives by embedding customer workflow insights into product and operational improvements.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in medical economics, healthcare analytics, or value‑based care operations.
  • Strong expertise in risk adjustment, cost management, network optimization, and VBC contract management.
  • Hands‑on experience with systems that support value‑based care workflows.
  • Ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training for technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Project management and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working with providers, payers, or consulting engagements in healthcare is highly valued.
  • Passion for education, enablement, and improving customer success outcomes.
