Pharmacy Relations Specialist

About the role

The Pharmacy Relations Specialist will support Navitus Health Solutions by managing contracts and relationships with pharmacy providers. This role involves executing agreements, handling inquiries, and ensuring the operational integrity of the pharmacy network.

Key responsibilities

• Make decisions to resolve pharmacy issues and complaints.
• Establish and maintain contracts with pharmacy providers.
• Facilitate the submission, receipt, tracking, and processing of contracts between Navitus and providers.
• Accurately enter contract data and maintain the contract database.
• Generate reports on network performance and monitor claims accuracy throughout contract terms.
• Create pharmacy networks in the claims processing system and perform quality reviews.
• Assist in resolving complex provider issues and coordinate network communications.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience working in a pharmacy setting or directly interfacing with pharmacies.
• Strong decision‑making abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Hourly pay ranging from $22.20 to $26.43.
• Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm.
