Manager, Systems Analysis

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Systems Analysis to lead a team of Business Analysts within the Global Business Services Center Financial Systems team. This role partners closely with Accounting and Finance stakeholders and acts as a strategic liaison to technical teams, driving high‑quality, scalable solutions during the migration from Oracle E‑Business Suite to Cloud Financials.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts, setting priorities across multiple initiatives.
• Operate independently to identify issues, devise solutions, and deliver outcomes without reliance on predefined playbooks.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements, influence process design, and promote standardization and automation.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
• Utilize SQL and data‑analysis techniques to resolve issues, perform reconciliations, validate data, and generate insights.
• Drive transformation initiatives, including the EBS‑to‑Cloud Financials migration, covering requirements gathering, testing, data validation, and business readiness.
• Manage prioritization and time‑management for both individual and team deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing direct reports in a consulting or analytical environment.
• Strong functional accounting knowledge combined with technical aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience delivering large‑scale system implementations and change‑management initiatives.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, transformation‑focused settings.
