About the role
Dematic is seeking a Manager of Project Management to lead a team of project managers focused on LSS Mods & Upgrades. This senior role oversees the most complex and strategic projects, driving continuous improvement and client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project managers on complex, strategic projects, defining schedule, budget, risk, and resource allocation.
- Design and develop strategic project/program opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage departmental budgets and business plans for large units.
- Resolve complex cross‑functional problems and determine organizational structures.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including 3‑5 years in the material handling industry.
- 2‑5 years managing matrix or direct reports.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in MS Projects.
