Managed Services Consultant – Life Sciences (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to support its Life Sciences customers remotely. You will partner with administrators at life‑science companies to deliver tailored Vault solutions that align with their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide post‑go‑live administrative support for multiple clients.
• Configure Vault applications (workflows, document types, security, fields, layouts, notifications) to meet customer needs.
• Perform bulk import/export of content and data.
• Deliver ad‑hoc training to users and administrators.
• Analyze and deploy new product features.
• Maintain production and sandbox environments.
• Create regular and ad‑hoc customer reports.

Required profile

• Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software.
• Customer service or consulting background.
• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and propose solutions.
• Proven track record of fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to switch tasks quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
