Maintenance Technician - South Ridge

About the role

The Maintenance Technician for the South Ridge property ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports residents by addressing service requests and prepares vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendor or contractor services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work, parts used, and time spent on each task.
