Maintenance Technician – Aqua (Sandy Springs)

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join Greystar’s property team in Sandy Springs. The role focuses on ensuring the building, grounds, and amenities are safe, functional and meet the company’s standards of cleanliness and appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, obtaining supplies and inspecting completed work.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Complete all required documentation and paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain common areas and amenities by trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform a variety of repairs.
• Experience with make‑ready turnover processes and coordinating external vendors.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and inventory tracking.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning, pressure‑washing and painting tasks.
